Your AI assistant will continue working — we never cut off your service mid-month. We will notify you via email when you reach 80% of your monthly token limit. Excess usage is billed at RM 100 per 1M additional tokens at month-end, or you can purchase an Extra Tokens Pack add-on in advance to avoid surprises. Most clients on standard plans never hit their limits.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your client dashboard — upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be pro-rated for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No additional setup fee is charged when upgrading. If you're unsure which plan to start with, we always recommend starting with a standard plan and upgrading when you see results — which usually happens within the first month.
All monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. Yearly plans require a 12-month commitment (paid upfront at a 2-month discount or monthly). Event & Campaign packages have no recurring commitment at all — they run for the duration you choose and then stop. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.
No. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) at 6%. SST will be added to your invoice at checkout. Clawd AI Enterprise is a registered SST collector (Registration No: W12-1800-12345678). Your invoices will reflect the SST amount separately for record-keeping and claim purposes.
